This part of the south has wide white sand beaches and calm waters that even the smallest children can enjoy. Kaye and I would agree that our favorite part of the island are the marshes. They change colors with the seasons and are always beautiful.

Well, one of us has just been drafted! But, looking at the links Jeff has put on here makes me want to tell you lots about this beautiful piece of heaven. Being a Virginia girl for many years, I thought that it was most certainly closest to heaven, but this lovely place called Beaufort County is incredible. I will try to do it justice!
