(cooked in aluminum foil packets in the oven)

with asparagus, zucchini, yellow squash, onion and tilapia

Brown Rice

Pinto Beans

(slow cooked in a crock pot with bacon and onions)

Corn Bread

"My Daddy's Pound Cake"
